This is a great company. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and the owner’s pride in his work. For example, the crew washed my awnings as part of the job; we had neglected them for several years. But the owner wasn’t satisfied with the results, although they obviously looked much better. So he did them again and they look really great. I also was very impressed with the way he closely monitored both process and outcome. In addition to the awnings, they did a thorough washing of the house exterior and reconditioned our deck. we will definitely rehire the company.

Met the Timberseal team at home show and called the next day for estimate. House cleaning and deck clean/stain was reasonable so went with them for the work. What an amazing difference the house cleaning was. All the mold growing (present prior to us buying house) on our 21/2 story tall house was gone with first wash and has not returned since (4 years now). The deck stain was a perfect match to the color we chose from the samples. The second time using the Timberseal team was just for restaining of the decks, 2 years after the first time they stained. this time they had a change in color availability and again the color turned out perfect. Going on 2 years now since last stain and still holding up great, probably won’t stain again until next year. They gave a slight discount for repeat customer. We have a ton of landscaping and flowers which they were careful with and suffered no damage. Never had issues with estimates or scheduling availability.

We have a 20-year old deck, and we recently added a pergola. The deck had previously been stained, and the pergola was new wood. They did a fabulous job of stripping off the old stain. I couldn’t believe it could look so good. When the deck and pergola was stained, there was a concern about differences in color because of the different ages of the wood. They did a great job of getting the deck to look cohesive, however. The deck looks amazing. I would highly recommend Timberseal. They were very prompt and professional,and they delivered on everything they promised.

I met the vendor at a home show and liked his presentation. He sent a follow-up letter a week or so later. I called for the free estimate, he arrived on time, promptly mailed a contract, emailed his COI and gave me an estimated date to complete the work. I gave him a verbal acceptance with contract to follow by mail. He called about ten days before the contracted date to ask if it was alright to do the job sooner. I agreed and his crew showed up when he said they would. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. His work was better than a previous vendor and I will use him again.
