Holiday Lights by TimberSeal – 2026 Elf Lighting Package Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The 2026 Elf Lighting Package Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by TimberSeal Inc., doing business as Holiday Lights by TimberSeal, 212 E Morthland Drive, Suite 4, Valparaiso, IN 46383 (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other social media platform.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents 18 years of age or older who own or reside at a residential property located within Holiday Lights by TimberSeal’s normal service area of 30 miles from 212 E. Morthland Drive Suite 4 Valparaiso, IN 46383.
The property must be suitable and reasonably accessible for professional holiday lighting installation as determined by Holiday Lights by TimberSeal.
Employees of TimberSeal Inc., members of their immediate households, and individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway are not eligible.
Limit one entry per person.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM Central Time on October 24, 2026, and ends at 10:00 AM Central Time on November 15, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
All entries must be received before 10:00 AM Central Time on November 15, 2026 to be eligible. Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be included in the drawing.
4. How to Enter
Entrants may enter by completing and submitting the official Holiday Lights by TimberSeal Elf Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period. You may also enter at the link provided here: https://www.timberseal.net/win-the-elf
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Requesting an estimate or holiday lighting design, consenting to receive marketing communications or text messages, following Holiday Lights by TimberSeal on social media, leaving a review, or purchasing products or services is not required to enter or win and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Providing permission for Holiday Lights by TimberSeal to contact an entrant regarding a holiday lighting quote is optional and does not affect the entrant’s chances of winning.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize
One eligible winner will receive an Elf Holiday Lighting Package from Holiday Lights by TimberSeal with a retail value of up to $1,500.
The prize includes:
- Custom holiday lighting design
- Commercial-grade holiday lighting and components selected by Holiday Lights by TimberSeal
- Professional installation
- In-season service and maintenance
- Professional removal following the holiday season
- Storage of the holiday lighting until the following season
The exact design, quantity, type, color and placement of lighting and decorations will be determined by Holiday Lights by TimberSeal based upon the winning property’s architecture, dimensions, accessibility, electrical availability, installation requirements, safety considerations and the retail value of the prize.
The total retail value of the prize will not exceed $1,500.
If the winner requests lighting, decorations, equipment, installation or other services exceeding the included $1,500 prize value, the winner may purchase those additional products or services at the winner’s expense. Purchasing additional products or services is not required to receive the prize.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted, redeemed or exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on November 15, 2026 at approximately 10:00 AM Central Time.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The Sponsor’s determination of the winner will be final, subject to these Official Giveaway Rules and applicable law.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided on the Giveaway entry form.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize according to these Official Giveaway Rules, Holiday Lights by TimberSeal may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and provide reasonable information necessary for Holiday Lights by TimberSeal to schedule and perform the installation.
8. Installation and Property Requirements
Installation is subject to scheduling availability, weather conditions, property accessibility, electrical availability and safe installation conditions.
The winner must provide Holiday Lights by TimberSeal with reasonable access to the property and adequate electrical service necessary to operate the holiday lighting display.
Holiday Lights by TimberSeal reserves the right to determine appropriate installation methods and to modify the proposed design, products, quantities or placement when reasonably necessary because of safety concerns, property conditions, electrical limitations, accessibility, weather, equipment requirements or other installation considerations.
If the winning property cannot reasonably or safely accommodate the prize, Sponsor may offer an alternative arrangement of comparable value or select an alternate eligible winner, as permitted by applicable law.
9. Scheduling
The winner agrees to reasonably cooperate with Holiday Lights by TimberSeal in scheduling the design and installation.
Installation dates and times are subject to Holiday Lights by TimberSeal’s existing installation schedule, weather and other operating conditions.
No specific installation date is guaranteed as part of the Giveaway.
10. Publicity and Photography
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants TimberSeal Inc. and Holiday Lights by TimberSeal permission to photograph and/or record the completed holiday lighting installation and use photographs or video of the decorated property for promotional, advertising, social media, website and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Holiday Lights by TimberSeal will not publicly disclose the winner’s complete home address without permission.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, submitted through automated means, or otherwise violates these Official Giveaway Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as intended, subject to applicable law.
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Official Giveaway Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor concerning the administration of the Giveaway.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TimberSeal Inc., Holiday Lights by TimberSeal, and their respective owners, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where such limitation or release is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Giveaway Rules is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.
13. Privacy and Communications
Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility and contact the potential winner.
Any consent to receive estimates, marketing communications or text messages from Holiday Lights by TimberSeal is separate and optional and is not a condition of entering or winning the Giveaway.
An entrant’s decision whether to request a quote, consent to text messages, follow Holiday Lights by TimberSeal on social media, leave a review, or purchase products or services will not affect the entrant’s chances of winning.
14. Winner Announcement
Following verification of eligibility and acceptance of the prize, Holiday Lights by TimberSeal may announce the winner’s first name and last initial through its website, social media pages, email communications or other promotional channels.
15. Applicable Law
The Giveaway and these Official Giveaway Rules are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
