Gradual fade of the product is normal and acceptible. As the product begins to lighten it breaks down and enable easy wash and recoat maintenance every 2 to 3 years. TimberSeal Pro-UV is guaranteed never to peel, flake or blister.

Other Box Store Bought Finish Warranties (Behr, Sherwin Williams, Olympic, etc)
On occassion, TimberSeal may use products from other manufacturers such as BEHR or Sherwin Williams. Often this is due to a deck that may already be painted or the customer prefers an appearance solid in color. While we do not recommend this type of finish on horizontal surfaces we are happy to accomodate our clients and utilize these finishes to acheive the results they are looking for. All warranties applicable to these products are provided by the manufacturer of the product. No warranty is provided by TimberSeal Inc on solid deck stains and finishes as they are what we consider a built to fail finish. Solid stains can not take the harsh swing in elements and moisture tends to cause them to peel within 2 to 3 seasons.
