These Terms & Conditions apply to communications and services provided by TimberSeal Inc., including Holiday Lights by TimberSeal. By using our website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms as applicable.
2. Estimates and Services
Requests submitted through our website are requests for information or estimates and do not create a binding service agreement. Pricing, scope of work, scheduling, payment terms, and other project-specific conditions will be provided separately in your proposal or service agreement.
3. SMS/Text Message Communications
Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from TimberSeal Inc. and Holiday Lights by TimberSeal. Messages may include information regarding estimates, proposals, designs, scheduling, installation, service, crew arrival, and other customer-care communications related to services requested by the customer.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Opt-Out and Assistance
