At TimberSeal we understand that not every homeowner may need all the bells and whistles including in a high end cleaning package and therefore we now offer tiered cleaning packages to fit every need and budget.  Whether your home simply needs a soap and rinse to remove general dirt and debris or the entire property including drives and sidewalks need attention we have a professional cleaning package specific to your needs!  With TimberSeal SoftWashing you get to choose your level of clean from the packages we offer:

SOFTWASHING SILVER

With TimberSeal’s Silver Softwashing package your home will be bathed in landscape friendly cleaners and brightening agents that will gently clean and restore the original appearance and luster to your siding.  This is the package for homes where the gutters and soffits are in good shape with no streaks or discoloration.  Dirt and general contaminants will be removed leaving your siding sparkling clean.

SOFTWASHING GOLD
(Preferred by most of our customers!)

     This is by far our most popular package!  With TimberSeal’s SoftwashingGold package your homes exterior – including siding, soffits, gutters (exteriors only) and fascia are bathed in the same landscape friendly cleaners and brightening agents that will gently clean and restore the luster and original appearance back to your homes exterior.  With this package gutters are given the royal treatment as they are handbrushed to provide the ultimate in clean!  Black streaks are removed revealing the bright fresh appearance they had when they were new!  A rinse polymer is then applied to your home to provide a barrier against future contaminants and assist in leaving your window exteriors clean and free from streaks.

SOFTWASHING PLATINUM

       For our customers who truly want the definition of clean throughout their property there’s TimberSeal’s Softwashing Platinum Plan.  With Platinum your entire property is gone through for the ultimate in CURB APPEAL!  We take the same gold plan service used on your home and apply it to the other areas of your home.  With Platinum we provide the additional cleaning we feel your property needs.  This can include a no-pressure roof cleaning, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, patio cleaning, window cleaning (exterior only), brick cleaning along with a multitude of other surfaces that exist on your home.  Our goal is to clean and beautify any areas of your property that may bringing down the overall appearance of your home.  We even review your patio furniture and other mobile items on the property that may use some sprucing up!  Items included in this package will be itemized within the proposal.
